- All custom photo orders are processed within 1–2 business days.
- Calendars or bulk orders may take 3–4 days to process.
Delivery Time:
- Standard delivery time: 3–7 working days, depending on your location.
- Delays due to courier services or force majeure events are not our responsibility.
Shipping Charges:
- ₹0 on orders above ₹499.
- ₹79 flat shipping on orders below ₹499.
How to Track Your Order
We keep you updated every step of the way. You can track your package using any of the following methods:
1. Real-Time Notifications
Once your order is dispatched, you will automatically receive tracking updates via WhatsApp and SMS. These messages include a direct link to the courier’s tracking page.
2. Via Your Account Dashboard
For a full history of your orders and live status updates, you can check your account directly on our website:
- Log In: Go to the My Account page.
- Forgot your password? No problem. Just click the "Lost your password?" link on the login screen to receive a reset link via email.
- View Orders: Once logged in, click on the "Orders" tab in your dashboard menu.
- Track Status: Locate the specific order you want to check and click the "View" button. You will find the current status and any available tracking numbers listed there.
