• All products listed are subject to availability and confirmation of the order price.

2. Eligibility

• Use of false information or impersonation will result in termination of access.

3. Product Information

• We aim to ensure all product descriptions and prices are accurate. In case of discrepancies, we reserve the right to correct them without prior notice.

4. Pricing and Payment

• All prices are in INR and inclusive of applicable taxes (GST).
• We accept payments via Razorpay, UPI, net banking, debit/credit cards, and wallets.
• As per RBI guidelines, all transactions are secured and encrypted. We do not store your card or UPI details.

5. Intellectual Property

• All content, including product images and brand assets, is the intellectual property of Memoriffy. Unauthorized use is prohibited.

6. Limitation of Liability

• We shall not be liable for indirect or consequential damages.
• Any issues with delivery, product condition, or technical errors must be reported within 7 days of receipt.
