We offer high-quality Polaroid-style photo prints, HD photo prints in multiple sizes (borderless and white-bordered), and personalized photo calendars for 2025.
2. Are your photo prints waterproof?
Yes! All our prints are made on 300 GSM, waterproof, glossy paper using fade-resistant inks. They're built to last a lifetime.
3. Are the prints glossy or matte?
Our prints come with a high-gloss finish for vibrant colors and crisp clarity.
4. What sizes are available for prints?
- Polaroid Photos: There are multiple sizing and shape options. Make sure to explore all of them for better understanding.
- HD Photo Prints:
- 3.5x5" (Small – Postcard size)
- 4x6" (Medium)
- 5x7" (Large)
- 6x8" (Extra Large)
You can choose borderless (modern look) or with white border (classic feel).

5. What size are the photo calendars?
Photo calendars are available in 3.5x5, 4x6, and 5x7 inch formats. They’re perfect for desks, shelves, and gifting.
6. Can I preview my design before placing the order?
Yes! Just click the "Preview" button during upload to view your design before checkout.
7. Can I choose a background color for each Polaroid individually?
Currently, all Polaroids in one order must share the same background style — either classic white or a colored (Pinteresty) theme.
8. How do I upload my photos?
You can upload your photos directly on the product page. We accept JPEG, PNG, and HEIC files.
9. Is there a minimum order quantity?
Nope! You can order just one photo print if you'd like.
10. Can I reorder the same prints later?
Yes! If you save your Order ID or reference your uploaded files, we’ll help you reorder the exact same prints.
11. How long does it take to process and deliver an order?
Orders are processed in 1–2 business days, and delivered in 3–7 working days, depending on your location.
12. How do I track my order?
A tracking link is sent via SMS and email once your order ships. You can also track your order via our website.
13. Do you ship across India?
Yes, we ship to all serviceable pincodes in India.
14. Do you ship internationally?
Not yet. We currently ship only within India—but stay tuned, international shipping may be added soon!
15. Do you offer scheduled deliveries?

16. Do you offer discounts for bulk orders?
Yes! We offer special pricing for bulk or gifting orders. Please contact us directly before placing a large order.
17. What payment methods do you accept?
We accept all major Indian payment methods including UPI, debit/credit cards, net banking, and wallets via Razorpay.
18. Do you offer Cash on Delivery (COD)?
[Currently not available] We may offer COD in the future. For now, only prepaid payments are accepted.
19. Can I cancel my order?
You can cancel within 2 hours of placing the order, provided it hasn't been processed. After that, cancellation isn't possible due to customization.
20. What is your refund policy?
Refunds or replacements are available only for:
- Damaged items
- Incorrect or incomplete orders
You must contact us within 48 hours of delivery with photo proof.
21. Is it safe to upload my photos?
Absolutely. Your photos are not stored on our servers unless you complete an order. Until then, files are kept in your browser only. Once you order, files are sent securely, and we take strict steps to protect your data.
22. Do you save any customer data?
We only store the data necessary to fulfill your order. We do not share or sell your information to any third parties.
