At Memoriffy, your satisfaction is our priority. Here’s how cancellations and refunds work:

Cancellation:

• Orders can be cancelled within 2 hours of placing the order, provided it hasn’t been processed yet.
• Once the order has moved to printing or dispatch, it cannot be cancelled.

Refund Policy:

• Due to the personalized nature of our products, we do not offer refunds for custom products unless:
  • The product is damaged or defective.
  • The order is incorrect or incomplete.

Return Eligibility:

• To be eligible, you must contact us within 3 days of delivery at support@memoriffy.com with proof (Only an unboxing video will be considered as valid proof).
• Approved refunds will be processed within 5–7 working days via the original payment method.
